Walking
If you are starting from Nara Park, head towards the Todai-ji Daibutsuden (Great Buddha Hall). Once you are facing the Great Buddha Hall, turn left and follow the path leading up the hill. Continue walking on the paved path, which will take you towards the Nigatsudo (February Hall). The walk should take about 10-15 minutes.

From Nara Station, take bus number 70 or 72 towards Nara Park. Get off at the 'Daibutsuden' bus stop. From there, you can follow the walking directions above to reach Nigatsudo. The bus ride takes about 10 minutes and buses run frequently.

If you are coming from the Naramachi area, walk towards Nara Park. As you enter the park, keep heading straight until you reach the Great Buddha Hall. From there, follow the same path up the hill towards Nigatsudo. This walk will take approximately 20-30 minutes.
