Train
From Osaka Station, take the JR Special Rapid Service to Kyoto Station. This will take approximately 30 minutes. Once at Kyoto Station, transfer to the JR Nara Line and take the train towards Nara. Get off at Inari Station, which is about 5 minutes away. After exiting the station, follow the signs to Fushimi Inari Shrine, which is directly across the street and only a short walk away.

Bus
From Osaka Station, take the Kyoto-bound bus (Kyoto City Bus 100 or 101) from the bus terminal. The bus ride will take about 50 minutes. Get off at the Inari Taisha-mae bus stop. From there, it's a short walk to Fushimi Inari Shrine, which is clearly visible from the bus stop.

Subway and Train
Take the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line from Namba Station towards Tenjimbashisuji 6-chome. Transfer at Umeda Station to the Hankyu Kyoto Line and take a train to Kyoto. At Kyoto Station, switch to the JR Nara Line and ride to Inari Station. The shrine is a few minutes' walk from the station.
