Public Transport
From Sapporo Station, take the JR train to Shinrin Koen Station (approximately 15 minutes, ¥360). From Shinrin Koen Station, take the JR Hokkaido Bus (Shin22 Kaitakunomura line) to the Historical Village of Hokkaido (Kaitaku no Mura) bus stop (5-10 minutes, ¥240). Buses depart 1-2 times per hour. Alternatively, take the Tozai subway line from Odori Station to Shin-Sapporo Station, then take the No. 22 bus to the Kaitakunomura bus stop (last stop). The bus ride from Shin-Sapporo Station is approximately 15 minutes.

The Historical Village of Hokkaido is approximately a 40-minute drive from Sapporo Station. Take Route 12 towards Ebetsu. Parking is available at the village. Parking is free.
