    If you are driving from central Shinano, head northwest on Route 117 towards Tsunan. Continue on Route 117 for about 16 kilometers until you reach Tsunan town. In Tsunan, look for signs directing you to Yachi. Turn onto Prefectural Road 64 and follow it for about 5 kilometers. You will see signs for Ryugakubo water spring. Turn left onto Yachi Road and follow it until you reach the spring located at 6217 Yachi, Tsunan.

    To reach Ryugakubo water spring using public transportation, start at the nearest train station, which is the JR Iiyama Station. Take the Iiyama Line train towards Nagano and get off at Tsunan Station. From Tsunan Station, you can take a local bus towards Yachi, but check the bus schedule as it may not run frequently.
