If you are driving, take National Route 117 towards Tokamachi City. Follow the signs for Tokamachi and exit at the Tokamachi IC. Once you exit, turn left onto Route 253 and continue straight for approximately 5 minutes. You will see the Tokamachi City Museum TOPPAKU on your right at 1-chome-448番地9 Nishihoncho.
