Once you arrive in Takayama, continue on Route 158 towards Gifu. After about 5 kilometers, turn left onto Route 471. Continue on this road for another 3 kilometers until you reach the temple. There is parking available near the temple, but be aware that it may fill up quickly during peak tourist seasons.
