Sogakudo Concert Hall: A Melodious Landmark

Sogakudo Concert Hall, nestled within the Ueno Campus of the Tokyo University of the Arts, stands as a testament to Japan's rich musical heritage and architectural innovation. Established in 1890 as part of the Tokyo Music School (now the Music Department of Tokyo University of the Arts), the original hall played a pivotal role in the development of Western-style music in Japan.
