From any location in Tohoku, take the Shinkansen (bullet train) to Aomori Station. Once you arrive at Aomori Station, exit the station and head towards the bus terminal located outside. Take a local bus bound for 'Yasukata' or 'Nebuta Museum.' The bus ride takes approximately 10 minutes and costs around 210 yen. Get off at the 'Nebuta Museum' stop, and the museum will be a short walk from there.
