If you are traveling by car, start from the Kolsai Lakes entrance. Head southeast on the road leading to Saty village. Continue on this road for approximately 15 kilometers until you reach the junction that leads to Mynzhylky dam. Take the left turn onto the road, which is marked with signs indicating the direction to the dam. Follow this road for about another 5 kilometers until you see the dam on your left side. There is limited parking available near the dam.
