    From Mount Elgon National Park, take the main road heading south towards Kitale. Continue on this road until you reach Eldoret. From Eldoret, take the A104 highway towards Nairobi. After approximately 300 kilometers, you will reach the town of Nyeri. From Nyeri, follow signs to Mount Kenya National Park, which is located approximately 20 kilometers from the town center.

    From Mount Elgon National Park, take a matatu or bus to Kitale. From Kitale, you can catch a bus or matatu to Eldoret. In Eldoret, you can find buses heading towards Nairobi on the A104 highway.
