From anywhere in Laurel, head to the nearest bus stop. Use the Metrobus system and catch the B30 route towards Greenbelt Metro. Ride for about 25 minutes until you reach the Greenbelt Metro Station. Transfer to the Green Line towards Branch Avenue and ride for approximately 20 minutes to L'Enfant Plaza Metro Station. From L'Enfant Plaza, transfer to the Yellow Line towards Mount Vernon Square. Ride for 2 stops and get off at Gallery Place-Chinatown. Finally, it's a short walk to 800 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, which is approximately 10 minutes away. Follow signs for Pennsylvania Avenue NW and you will arrive at Signature Tours of DC.

If you are near the Laurel MARC train station, take the Penn Line towards Union Station. The journey takes about 25 minutes. Once you arrive at Union Station, exit the station and catch the Metro Red Line towards Glenmont. Ride for one stop and transfer to the Yellow or Green Line towards Branch Avenue or College Park. Get off at L'Enfant Plaza, and from there walk about 15 minutes to 800 Pennsylvania Avenue NW. Head northwest on 7th Street SW towards Pennsylvania Avenue, then turn left onto Pennsylvania Avenue NW.
