Stay on the train for 14 stops, approximately 30 minutes, and get off at the Gallery Place-Chinatown Station. Once you exit the station, follow the signs to 7th Street NW. Walk south on 7th Street NW for about 5 minutes until you reach F Street NW. Turn left onto F Street NW, and you'll find Capital One Arena at 601 F St NW on your right.

From Rockville, you can take the Ride On Bus Route 46 from the Rockville Transit Center. Board the bus heading towards the Twinbrook Metro Station. After approximately 25 minutes, get off at the Twinbrook Metro Station and transfer to the Red Line Metro. Board a train towards Glenmont and ride for 7 stops to Gallery Place-Chinatown Station. Once you exit, head south on 7th Street NW for about 5 minutes, then turn left onto F Street NW. Capital One Arena will be on your right at 601 F St NW.
