After about 1.5 miles, turn left onto Polpis Rd. The Nantucket Shipwreck and Life Saving Museum will be on your right at 158 Polpis Rd. This route is approximately 3 miles and takes about 15-20 minutes by bike.

Begin your walk at the Nantucket Whaling Museum located at 13 Broad St. Head southeast on Broad St towards Main St. Turn left onto Main St and continue for about 0.5 miles. When you reach the roundabout, take the first exit onto Madaket Rd. Walk for about 1.5 miles until you reach Polpis Rd. Turn left onto Polpis Rd, and the museum will be on your right at 158 Polpis Rd. This walk will take approximately 35-40 minutes.
