Getting There

From the center of Le Morne, head towards the beach area. Walk along the coastal path until you reach the entrance of Le Morne Brabant Peninsula. Continue walking along the path that leads into the nature reserve. Follow the signs towards Chamarel, keeping the mountain on your right. The path may be rocky and uneven, so wear appropriate footwear. As you approach Chamarel, you will see signs directing you to Sublime Point. The distance is approximately 3-4 kilometers, which should take around 45-60 minutes of walking.

If you have access to a bicycle, start from the center of Le Morne and ride towards the road that leads to Chamarel. Take the main road, which is well-marked and relatively safe for cyclists. You’ll pass through beautiful landscapes, and it’s about a 20-minute ride (approximately 5 kilometers). Follow the road signs to Sublime Point, and once you see the signage for the viewpoint, park your bike in the designated area and walk up to the viewpoint.
