Hiking
From the visitor center at Glacier National Park, head southeast on the main trail towards the Many Glacier area. Follow the signs for Red Rock Canyon, which is approximately 15 miles away. The hike will take about 5-6 hours, with stunning views along the way. Once you reach the area near the canyon, look for the sign that directs you to the specific trailhead leading to Red Rock Canyon.

Public Transit
Catch the Glacier Park Shuttle from the Apgar Visitor Center to the Many Glacier area. This shuttle runs seasonally and offers stops along the way, including at popular trailheads. Once you arrive at Many Glacier, follow the signs towards Red Rock Canyon. The walk will take approximately 1 hour from the shuttle drop-off point to the canyon.

Bike Rental
If you prefer biking, rent a bike from a local rental shop near Apgar Village. Take the bike path that leads towards the Many Glacier area. Follow the paved path and then transition to gravel trails as you approach Red Rock Canyon. The total biking distance is about 15 miles, and it should take around 2-3 hours depending on your pace.
