Walking
From the center of Machu Picchu Pueblo, head towards the main road, Avenida Hermanos Ayar. Walk down this road for about 5 minutes until you reach the intersection with Calle 15 de Agosto. Turn left onto Calle 15 de Agosto and continue straight until you reach the end of the street. The main Plaza will be located on your right, near the entrance to the trail leading to Huayna Picchu.
