If you are starting from the Braga city center (Praça da República), head southeast towards Rua do Castelo. Continue along Rua do Castelo until you reach the intersection with Avenida da Liberdade. Turn left onto Avenida da Liberdade and walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the train station, Estação de Braga. From the train station, take a train to Porto. The journey takes approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at Porto's São Bento train station, exit the station and head northwest on Praça de Almeida Garrett.
