Walking
If you are in the center of Braga, head towards Avenida da Liberdade, which is a main street. Walk straight until you reach Praça da República. From there, turn left onto Rua do Comércio. Continue walking until you reach the end of the street and it merges onto Rua de São Marcos. Follow this road until you see the signs for the train station. From Braga Train Station, take a train to Porto. The journey takes about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at Porto's São Bento Station, exit and follow the signs to the metro. Take the metro line D (blue line) towards Hospital de São João. Get off at the stop 'Aliados'. From there, it's a short walk to Praça Gen. Humberto Delgado where the Porto City Hall is located.

From the center of Braga, walk to the main bus station located at Avenida da Liberdade. Look for the bus company Rede Expressos, which offers services to Porto. Purchase a ticket to Porto, and the journey will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at the bus station in Porto, walk towards the metro station 'Campo 24 de Agosto'. Take the metro line D (blue line) towards Hospital de São João and get off at 'Aliados'. From there, walk towards Praça Gen. Humberto Delgado, where you will find the Porto City Hall.
