To reach the Ancient Stupa using public transportation, from the entrance of Minneriya National Park, take a bus heading toward Polonnaruwa. Buses are frequent and typically cost around 50 LKR. Inform the bus driver that you wish to get off at New Town. Once you arrive in New Town, you can either walk or take a tuk-tuk for a small fee (around 200 LKR) to reach the Ancient Stupa located at WXGW+92M. Ensure to ask locals for directions if needed.
