Walking
If you are starting from Edinburgh Waverley Station, exit the station and head towards the main concourse. Once outside, turn left and walk along Market Street. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout, then cross over to the left onto East Market Street. Follow this road, which will turn into North Bridge. Keep walking until you reach the junction with York Place. Turn left onto York Place, and St. Mary's Catholic Cathedral will be on your right at 61 York Place, Edinburgh EH1 3JD.

From the Edinburgh Waverley Station, walk to the bus stop located on North Bridge. You can catch several buses that go towards York Place, such as the Lothian Bus number 3, 5, or 7. Board the bus and stay on until you reach the York Place stop. Once you disembark, St. Mary's Catholic Cathedral will be just a short walk away, located at 61 York Place, Edinburgh EH1 3JD. Just head towards the right side of the street, and you will see the cathedral.
