Car
From Leicester city center, start by heading north on the A6 towards the A563. Continue on the A563 until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit onto the A47 (Humberstone Road) and follow it for about 2 miles. At the next roundabout, take the second exit to stay on the A47. After approximately 1.5 miles, turn left onto the B5327 toward Kirby Muxloe. Continue straight onto Main Street, and follow the signs for Kirby Muxloe Castle. The castle will be on your left, with parking available nearby.

From Leicester Train Station, take the train to Narborough Station (approximately 5 minutes). From Narborough Station, you can catch the Arriva Bus Service 84 towards Leicester. Get off at the 'Kirby Muxloe, The Green' stop. From there, it's a short 10-minute walk to Kirby Muxloe Castle. Head east on Main Street, and the castle will be on your right. Be sure to check the latest bus and train schedules for any changes.

After getting off the bus at 'Kirby Muxloe, The Green', walk east along Main Street for about 0.5 miles. You will pass a few local shops and residential areas. Continue walking until you see the entrance to Kirby Muxloe Castle on your right. The walk should take around 10 minutes, and it is a pleasant stroll through a quaint village.
