    If you're driving from Kirkwall, take the A961 road towards the B9056. Follow the A961 for approximately 15 minutes, then turn onto the B9056 road. Continue on the B9056 for about 5 miles until you reach a junction. Turn left onto the Aikerness Road. The Broch of Gurness will be on your right-hand side, just a short distance ahead. There is a parking area available near the site.
