From the center of Windsor, head to the bus station located near Windsor Theatre. Look for the bus service heading towards London. You can check the bus timetable at the station. Once on the bus, enjoy the ride as it takes you directly into London. The bus ride may take approximately 30 to 45 minutes depending on the traffic. Once you arrive in London, ensure you get off at the stop nearest to the Royal Hospital Chelsea. After disembarking, follow local signs or maps to navigate to the hospital, which is within a short walking distance.

Make your way to Windsor & Eton Central railway station, which is located in the heart of Windsor. From the station, take a train heading towards London Waterloo. The journey will take around 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Waterloo station, exit the station and follow signs for the London Underground. Take the District Line towards Richmond and get off at Sloane Square. From Sloane Square, exit the tube station and walk towards Royal Hospital Chelsea.
