    From the center of Mt Carmel, head southwest on Main Street. Continue walking straight for about 0.6 miles until you reach the junction with Highway 9. Turn right onto Highway 9 and proceed for about 1.5 miles. You will pass through beautiful landscapes and may catch glimpses of the local flora and fauna. Once you reach Springdale, look for signs directing you to the Zion National Park entrance. The Court of the Patriarchs Viewpoint is located just inside the park, approximately 2 miles from the entrance. Follow the path towards the viewpoint, which will be well-marked.

    Start at the local bike rental shop in Mt Carmel. Rent a bike and head southwest down Main Street for about 0.6 miles. When you reach Highway 9, take a right turn.
