Take a ferry from Tortola to Jost Van Dyke. Once you arrive at the Great Harbour in Jost Van Dyke, look for a local water taxi service that can take you to the nearby Sandy Spit. After exploring Sandy Spit, request the water taxi to take you to the northern side of Jost Van Dyke, near the Bubbly Pool. From the drop-off point, it's a short hike through the scenic landscape to reach the Bubbly Pool.
