From Chania city center, head to the central bus station located at 1866 Square. Take the bus heading towards 'Elafonissi' or 'Kedrodasos Beach' (check the schedule). The journey takes approximately 40 minutes. Get off at the stop for Kedrodasos Beach. From the bus stop, it is a short 10-minute walk through the path leading to the beach.
Taxi
You can hail a taxi from anywhere in Chania. Tell the driver to take you to Kedrodasos Beach in Pelekanos. The ride will take about 30 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to agree on a fare before you start your journey.
Walking
If you are staying in a nearby location, you can walk to Kedrodasos Beach. Start from the town center and head towards the coast. Follow the coastal road west, passing through the neighborhoods. Continue along the path until you reach a sign for Kedrodasos Beach. The walk will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, so wear comfortable shoes and bring water.
