  • Car

    If you're traveling by car, you can take the Kan-Etsu Expressway from Tokyo. Head northwest on the expressway and take the exit for Maebashi. Follow Route 17 towards Maebashi city center. Once in Maebashi, continue on Route 50 and follow the signs for Lake Konuma. This journey takes approximately 2 to 3 hours, depending on traffic conditions.     If you prefer public transportation, you can take the Joetsu Shinkansen (bullet train) from Tokyo Station to Takasaki Station. This journey takes about 50 minutes.
