    To reach the Japan Salamander Center by car, start by navigating to the Mie Prefecture. If you're starting from Osaka, take the Hanshin Expressway and merge onto the Kinki Expressway (E1). Continue on the Kinki Expressway for about 1 hour. Then, take the exit toward Nabari City. Follow the signs for Nabari and then for Akamecho. Once in Akamecho, look for the address 861-1 Akamecho, Nabari, Mie 518-0469. Parking is available at the center.

    From Osaka, take the Kintetsu Limited Express from Osaka Uehommachi Station to Nabari Station. The journey takes about 1 hour and costs approximately ¥1,300. At Nabari Station, transfer to the bus service bound for Akame Waterfall (Akame no Taki). The bus ride lasts about 30 minutes and costs around ¥500. Get off at the Akamecho bus stop, which is a short walk from the Japan Salamander Center located at 861-1 Akamecho, Nabari, Mie 518-0469.
