From the parking area, it is a 30-minute walk to Taisho Ike Pond, where you'll enjoy beautiful views along the way.

To reach Taisho Ike Pond using public transportation, take the JR Line to Matsumoto Station. From Matsumoto Station, board the Alpico Kotsu bus bound for Kamikochi.
