After approximately 10 minutes, you will see signs for Biwako Ōtsukan English Garden. The address is 5-35 Yanagasaki, Otsu, Shiga 520-0022. Parking is available on-site, and the entry fee is 330 yen.

    If you prefer public transportation, take the JR Kosei Line from Kyoto Station to Otsu Station. The train ride takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Otsu Station, exit the station and take the Keihan Bus bound for Yanagasaki. The bus ride takes approximately 20 minutes.
