    From the center of Kyoto, take Route 1 heading north and follow the signs for Otsu. After approximately 30 minutes, you will arrive at Otsu. Once in Otsu, follow the signs towards Lake Biwa. The marina is located at 5 Chome-3-10 Hamaotsu. There is parking available at the marina, but note that parking fees may apply.

    If you prefer public transportation, take the JR Kosei Line from Kyoto Station to Hamaotsu Station, which takes about 45 minutes. Upon arrival at Hamaotsu Station, exit the station and walk approximately 15 minutes towards Lake Biwa. Follow the signs to Otsu Port Marina located at 5 Chome-3-10 Hamaotsu.
