If you are driving from Settsu to Michigan Cruise at Otsu Port, take the Hanshin Expressway (Route 16) heading towards Kyoto. Continue on the expressway and then merge onto the Meishin Expressway. Take the exit for Otsu, and follow the signs to Hamaotsu. The address is 5 Chome−1−1 Hamaotsu, Otsu, Shiga, 520-0047. Parking is available near the port, but be aware that parking fees may apply.

To reach Michigan Cruise using public transportation, first, head to Settsu's nearest train station. Take the Hankyu Railway to Umeda and transfer to the JR Kyoto Line. Board a train bound for Otsu Station. Once you arrive at Otsu Station, exit the station and take a taxi to Otsu Port, which is approximately 10 minutes away. Alternatively, you can take a bus from Otsu Station to Hamaotsu, which is directly near the port.
