    From any point in Nara countryside, navigate towards Ikoma city. Use the expressway and take the Ikoma exit. After exiting, follow the signs for Route 168 towards Ikoma. Continue straight for approximately 5 kilometers until you see signs for Hozan-ji Temple. Turn onto Monzencho Street and you will find the temple at 1-1 Monzencho, Ikoma, Nara 630-0266. There is parking available near the temple.

    Start by taking a train from Nara Station on the Kintetsu Nara Line towards Osaka Namba. Transfer at Ikoma Station. From Ikoma Station, take the bus number 1 or 2 towards Hozan-ji Temple. The bus ride will take about 20 minutes. Get off at the Hozan-ji Temple stop. The temple is a short walk from the bus stop, located at 1-1 Monzencho, Ikoma, Nara 630-0266.
