If you are driving, start from the center of Nikko. Head south on Route 119 towards Sannai. Continue on Route 119 for about 5 minutes. Turn left onto Sannai Road and follow the signs for Futarasan Shrine. You will find a parking lot nearby (check for parking fees) where you can leave your car. From the parking lot, it's just a short walk to Nikko Futarasan jinja Haiden, located at 2307 Sannai, Nikko, Tochigi 321-1431.

Public Transportation - Bus
If you prefer public transportation, take the bus from Nikko Station. Board the bus heading to 'Futarasan Jinja' or 'Nikko Toshogu.' The bus ride takes about 15 minutes. Get off at the 'Futarasan Jinja' bus stop. From there, follow the signs to Futarasan Shrine, which is a short walk away. Bus fare is approximately 300 yen one way.
