Car
If you are traveling by car from Settsu, start by getting onto the Meishin Expressway. Follow signs for Kyoto and take the exit for Kyoto Kanjō Road. Continue on the road and take the exit towards Arashiyama. Follow the signs for Arashiyama Park Kameyama Area. Once you arrive in Arashiyama, you can find parking at one of the nearby lots, such as the Arashiyama Public Parking Lot, which may charge a fee (around ¥1,000 for a full day). The park is a short walk from the parking area.

Public Transportation (Train)
To reach Arashiyama Park Kameyama Area via public transportation, start by taking the JR Kosei Line from Settsu to Kyoto Station. At Kyoto Station, transfer to the JR Sanin Line and head towards Saga-Arashiyama Station. This journey takes approximately 35 minutes. Once you arrive at Saga-Arashiyama Station, exit the station and follow the signs to Arashiyama Park. The park is about a 15-minute walk from the station.

Public Transportation (Bus)
Alternatively, you can take a bus from Settsu to Kyoto. Board a bus heading to Kyoto Station and then transfer to the Kyoto City Bus (number 28) towards Arashiyama. The bus ride will take around 50 minutes. After arriving at Arashiyama, follow the signs to Kameyama Area, which is a short walk from the bus stop.
