After approximately 30-40 minutes of driving, you will reach the outskirts of Kyoto. Continue on Route 170 until you reach Seiryucho, where you will find Demachi Masugata Shopping Street. Please be aware that parking is limited in the area, and you may need to use nearby paid parking facilities.

To reach Demachi Masugata Shopping Street via public transport, start by finding your nearest train station in Settsu. Take the JR Gakkentoshi Line or the Hankyu Takarazuka Line towards Kyoto. Once you arrive at Kyoto Station, transfer to the Karasuma Line and travel to Marutamachi Station. From Marutamachi Station, you can either walk (approximately 15-20 minutes) or take bus number 204 or 205 to get closer to the shopping street. Alight at the bus stop nearest to Seiryucho.
