Car
If you are driving from Zao Onsen to SENDAI Tourist Information Desk (i-SENDAI), take the Zao Road and follow the signs toward Sendai City. The drive is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes (around 60 km). Once you enter Sendai, follow the signs to Aoba Ward and Ichibancho. The i-SENDAI is located at 〒980-8652 Miyagi, Sendai, Aoba Ward, Ichibancho, 3 Chome−2−17 in the Fujisaki main building on the first floor. Parking is available nearby, but be aware that it may incur additional costs.

Public Transportation
To reach the SENDAI Tourist Information Desk (i-SENDAI) via public transportation, start by taking a bus from Zao Onsen to Yamagata Station. From Yamagata Station, take the Shinkansen (bullet train) to Sendai Station. The train journey takes about 40 minutes and costs approximately 2,500 yen. Once you arrive at Sendai Station, exit the station and walk towards the west exit. From there, you can either walk (approximately 15-20 minutes) or take the subway (Namboku Line) to the 'Sendai' station, followed by a short walk to 〒980-8652 Miyagi, Sendai, Aoba Ward, Ichibancho, 3 Chome−2−17 Fujisaki main building 1F.
