Car
If you are traveling by car, head towards Sendai City. Use the Tohoku Expressway and take the Sendai Miyagi IC exit. Follow Route 48 towards the city center. Once you enter Sendai, navigate to Aoba Ward and look for Kawauchi area. The campus is located at 41 Kawauchi, Aoba Ward. There is parking available in the vicinity but check for any parking fees that may apply.

For those coming from other parts of Tohoku, take the Shinkansen (bullet train) to Sendai Station. From Sendai Station, exit and locate the 'West Exit' bus terminal. Take a bus bound for 'Kawauchi' or 'Tohoku University' (approximately 15-20 minutes travel time). The bus fare is around 210 yen. Get off at the Kawauchi Campus stop, which is right in front of the university.

If you are already in Sendai, you can use the local buses. From Sendai Station, look for buses that go to Kawauchi. Buses like the 13 or 14 lines will take you directly to the campus area (about 10-15 minutes). The fare is approximately 210 yen. After getting off the bus, follow the signs to the campus entrance located at 41 Kawauchi, Aoba Ward.

The campus is about a 20-minute walk from the nearest subway station, Sendai City Subway Tozai Line's Kawauchi Station.
