    From Velana International Airport (MLE) on Hulhulé Island, take the airport ferry to Malé (MVR 15/USD 1, every 10-15 minutes). From Malé, take a taxi to the Villingili Ferry Terminal (fixed fare MVR 25 without luggage). Then, take the public ferry No. 311 to Guraidhoo, which departs daily (except Fridays) at 14:30. The ferry costs approximately MVR 30 (USD 2) per person and the journey takes about 2 hours, stopping at Gulhi and Maafushi. From the Guraidhoo jetty, Bandu is a short walk away.

  • Speedboat

    From Velana International Airport (MLE), arrange a speedboat transfer to Guraidhoo. Speedboats depart from Malé (usually near the Bank of Ceylon) several times daily. The journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes. A shared speedboat costs around USD 40 per person. Private speedboats can be hired for around USD 200-250 per boat (maximum 10 people). From the Guraidhoo jetty, Bandu is a short walk away.
