If you're in downtown Carlsbad, head to the Carlsbad Municipal Library bus stop located at 101 S Halagueno St. Take the Route 1 bus heading south towards the Airport. From there, walk approximately 10 minutes southwest along La Jolla Village Dr until you reach UTC ICE at 4545 La Jolla Village Dr.

You can rent a bicycle from a local rental shop. Start at the Carlsbad Museum and Art Center located at 418 W Fox St. Head south on S Canyon St, then turn left onto W Main St. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with La Jolla Village Dr. Turn right and follow La Jolla Village Dr for about 2 miles. UTC ICE will be on your right at 4545 La Jolla Village Dr.

If you are near the Carlsbad Caverns National Park Visitor Center, you can walk to UTC ICE. Head east on National Parks Hwy (US-62) and continue for about 1.5 miles.
