Merge onto A1(M) and continue straight until you see signs for the city center. Follow the signs for Holyrood Palace, which will lead you to Canongate, where Holyrood Abbey is located. There is limited street parking available, so be prepared for potential parking fees.

For those using public transportation, take the train from Berwick-upon-Tweed train station to Edinburgh Waverley station. Trains run frequently and the journey takes about 45 minutes. Upon arrival at Waverley station, exit and walk towards the Royal Mile. Follow the Royal Mile until you reach Canongate. Holyrood Abbey is located next to the Palace of Holyroodhouse. The walk from Waverley station to Holyrood Abbey will take approximately 15-20 minutes.
