Car
If you're driving from Sutherland, begin by getting onto the A9 road heading south. Follow the A9 until you reach the junction for the A86 towards Inverness. Continue on the A86 which will merge into the A82. Stay on the A82 until you reach the junction for the A9 towards Edinburgh. Merge onto the A9 and follow the signs for the M25. Merge onto the M25 and continue until you reach the M11. Take the exit toward London and follow the signs for the A503. Continue on the A503 until you reach the Barbican area, where you will find the Museum of London at 150 London Wall, London EC2Y 5HN. Ensure you check for parking options nearby, as there may be fees associated with parking.

From Sutherland, your best option is to take a train to London. Catch a train at Sutherland Railway Station heading to Inverness. From Inverness Station, transfer to a train heading south to London King's Cross. Once you arrive at King's Cross, exit the station and walk to the King's Cross St. Pancras Underground Station. Take the Hammersmith & City Line (pink) or Circle Line (yellow) towards Barbican. Disembark at Barbican Station. From the station, it’s a short walk to the Museum of London, located at 150 London Wall, London EC2Y 5HN. Be sure to have an Oyster card or contactless payment method ready for the Tube, as there will be costs incurred for travel.
