From Windsor Castle, head east on Castle Hill towards the High Street. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit onto the Eton Road and walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the Windsor & Eton Central Station. From there, take the train to London Paddington. Upon arriving at Paddington Station, follow the signs to the London Underground and take the Circle Line towards Edgware Road. Get off at Temple Station. Exit the station and head east on Temple Avenue until you reach Fleet Street. Turn left onto Fleet Street and walk until you reach Lincoln's Inn Fields. The Sir John Soane's Museum will be located at 13 Lincoln's Inn Fields on your left.

From Windsor Castle, walk to the nearest bus stop located on the High Street. Catch the Green Line bus 702 towards London Victoria. The bus will take you through the scenic route. After about 30 minutes, get off at the stop for Holborn Station. From Holborn, walk west on High Holborn until you reach Lincoln's Inn Fields. The Sir John Soane's Museum is at 13 Lincoln's Inn Fields.
