Car
If you are driving from Sutherland, head south on the A9 towards Inverness. After about 50 miles, take the A82 exit towards Fort William. Continue for approximately 60 miles until you reach the M74. Merge onto the M6 towards London. Once in London, follow signs for the A501 and take the exit toward Gray's Inn Road. Continue on Gray's Inn Road, then turn left onto Red Lion Street. Red Lion Square will be on your right. Note that parking in central London can be expensive, and you may need to pay for parking at meters or in parking garages.

To reach Red Lion Square via train, start at Sutherland railway station and board a train heading south towards Inverness. From Inverness, transfer to a train that goes to London King's Cross. Upon arrival at King's Cross, exit the station and take the London Underground (Tube) on the Circle or Hammersmith & City line towards Edgware Road. Get off at Farringdon station. From Farringdon, it is a 10-minute walk to Red Lion Square. Follow the signs to Red Lion Street, and the square will be on your right.
