After approximately 15 minutes of driving, you will see signs for Hakone-en Aquarium. The aquarium is located at 139 Motohakone, Hakone. Parking is available on-site, but note that there may be a parking fee; expect to pay around 500 yen for a few hours.

If you prefer public transportation, start by taking the Odakyu Line from Shinjuku Station to Hakone-Yumoto Station, which takes about 1.5 hours. Once you arrive at Hakone-Yumoto, transfer to the Hakone Tozan Bus and take the bus towards 'Motohakone'. The bus ride will take around 30 minutes. Disembark at the 'Motohakone' stop. From there, it's a short 5-minute walk to Hakone-en Aquarium, located at 139 Motohakone, Hakone. The total cost for this journey will be around 2,000 yen for the train and bus combined.
