If you are traveling by car, take the Kyoto Jukan Expressway (Kyoto Outer Ring Road) and exit at the Kyoto Higashi IC. Follow the signs towards Higashiyama Ward. Continue on Route 1, then turn onto Chayacho Street. The Treasure Museum is located at 530 Chayacho, Higashiyama Ward, Kyoto, 605-0931. There is parking available nearby, but please note that additional parking fees may apply.

Public Transportation
To reach the Treasure Museum via public transportation, take the Kyoto City Bus from Kyoto Station. Board bus number 100 or 206, which will take you to the 'Higashiyama Sanjo' bus stop. From there, it is a short 10-minute walk to the museum. Head north on Sanjo Street, then turn left onto Chayacho Street. The museum will be on your right at 530 Chayacho. The bus fare is approximately 230 yen one way.

If you are already in the vicinity of Higashiyama Ward, you can easily walk to the Treasure Museum. From the nearest subway station, Higashiyama Station, exit and head towards Sanjo Street. Continue along Sanjo Street until you reach Chayacho Street. Turn left, and the museum will be located at 530 Chayacho, on your right side. The walk should take about 15-20 minutes.
