    If you're driving to Chōraku-ji Temple, start from central Settsu and head towards the Kyoto area. Take the Meishin Expressway and exit at the Settsu interchange. From there, follow the signs to Route 171, then merge onto Route 1. Continue on Route 1 until you reach the city of Kyoto. Once in Kyoto, follow the signs to Higashiyama Ward. The temple is located at 626 Maruyamacho, Higashiyama Ward, Kyoto. There is limited street parking available nearby, so be prepared to find a parking lot. Please note that parking fees may apply.

    To reach Chōraku-ji Temple using public transportation, start by taking the train from Settsu. Board the JR Kyoto Line at Settsu Station and head towards Kyoto Station. From Shijo Station, you can take bus number 100 or 206 toward the Higashiyama area. Get off at the 'Gion' stop, which is a short walk from the temple.
