If you're driving from central Suruga, head northwest on Route 1 towards Kakegawa. Continue on Route 1 for about 30 minutes until you reach the exit for Kakegawa. Follow signs for Minamisaigo, and then turn onto Prefectural Road 59. Matsugaoka will be on your right at 838 Minamisaigo, Kakegawa, Shizuoka 436-0024. Ensure to park in designated areas near the site.

From Suruga Station, take the JR Tōkaidō Main Line towards Kakegawa. The journey takes approximately 20 minutes. Get off at Kakegawa Station. From there, you can take a local bus or taxi. If you choose the bus, board the bus heading towards Minamisaigo and get off at the Matsugaoka stop. The landmark is a short walk from the bus stop.
