From the center of Suruga, take Route 1 heading towards Kakegawa. After approximately 30 kilometers, merge onto the Kakegawa Bypass (Route 150) and continue for about 15 kilometers. Take the exit towards Minamisaigo, and follow the signs to Kakegawa Kachoen located at 1517 Minamisaigo, Kakegawa, Shizuoka 436-0024. Parking is available on-site, and fees may apply depending on the duration of your stay.

From Suruga Station, take the JR Tōkaidō Line towards Kakegawa. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Kakegawa Station, exit the station and take the Kakegawa City Bus (Kakegawa Kachoen Line) towards Kakegawa Kachoen. The bus ride will take about 20 minutes, and the fare is around 500 yen. Get off at the Kakegawa Kachoen stop, which is a short walk to the entrance of the park.
