From there, transfer to the Route 3 bus towards Washington, D.C. Disembark at the stop for the Franklin area. From the bus stop, walk approximately 0.5 miles to Carnton, located at 1345 Eastern Flank Cir.

For a more active route, rent a bike from one of the local bike-sharing services in Columbia. Start your bike ride heading south on Little Patuxent Parkway until you reach Route 175. Take a right onto Route 175 and continue straight until you reach Route 29. Turn left on Route 29 and follow the bike lanes. After about 3 miles, turn right onto Eastern Flank Cir where Carnton is located at 1345 Eastern Flank Cir.
